About Me
I want students to know that I am there to help them and will be their greatest advocate. I believe in them and know they can accomplish great things!
Education
I graduated from Barry University in 1989 with a major in Public Relations. I later attended Trevecca Nazarene University and graduated with a Master of Education degree in 2004.
Teaching Experience
For the last 7 years, I have been teaching English to Chinese elementary and adult students online. But, I have been in the classroom as well. I have taught Reading, Language Arts, and Literature to middle school students in private schools and charter schools. I have also been an adjunct professor at Broward College for two semesters teaching Remedial Writing. Additionally, I have tutored elementary, middle, and adult students in all subjects, as well as helping students obtain their GED.
Interests
If I could read 24/7, I would. I also like to do DIY projects around the house and want to learn to sew and speak Hebrew. I am taking a Hebrew class now.
I love teaching and explaining science at every level!
